Large Investment Manager 

We are looking for an Associate to join a thriving and growing Capital Markets team to work on buy-side Fund Finance transactions, including SubLines and NAV deals, as well as getting involved in financing their Portfolio Companies.

You'll be working with an experienced MD running that business and will be involved in the heavy lifting - from helping to execute Fund Finance transactions, to analyzing the type of leverage they want on certain deals, writing up IC memos and anything else required on a transaction by transaction basis.

Ultimately, you'll get great exposure to a broad range of Fund Finance products, whilst working on dynamic Leverage deals for an ambitious and well-known IM firm.

You'll work on a broad range of deals, from SubLines into large Asset Managers to doing $15mn deals with early stage technology companies.  you'll play a significant part in all aspects of the deal, from origination, negotiation, structuring and execution.

We have the pleasure of representing a well-established, well-funded Commercial Bank with a strong balance sheet and a mature Fund Finance platform.

As a Managing Director, Credit, you will be one of the most senior members of the FF team, with a team of Director and Associate Director reports, working directly with the leaders of the entire business.

You’ll have significant steer and input into the Credit function, both from a people leadership perspective but also in credit policy and credit decision making.  You'll have the opportunity to work on the most complex deals for the bank as well as helping to develop the skillset of your direct reports as the complexity of the business continues to grow.

This is a unique leadership role within a successful organisation, working directly with the most senior leadership and being jointly responsible for the continued growth trajectory of the business.
