If you're looking to make the move to a well-polished CIB where you'll have responsibility for growing relationships with the Mid-Market Sponsors, taking ownership of the relationship and identifying areas to develop and deepen those relationships, this will interest you.

You'll be identifying Mid-Market Sponsors with a relationship first approach, working closely with Partners as well as CFOs / Treasurers to identify the areas at both the Fund Level and the PortCo level where the bank can add value.  You'll have a market leading offering to bring to your clients and will work closely with the various internal product teams to execute, as appropriate.

You'll report to an MD with deep knowledge of this market, as well as the Fund Finance industry more broadly and will ideally come with good knowledge of Covering the sponsors in the Mid-Markets space.  Knowledge of how to approach these clients for traditional Fund Finance products at the Fund Level, as well as spotting opportunities to invest at the PortCo level will be crucial to immediate success and so someone with either Fund Finance or a LevFin / Real Asset background would suit well.
